2. Product Information:

We specialize in the export of premium quality Indian spices and agricultural products. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products, but slight variations may occur due to natural factors.

3. Quotation & Orders:

– All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Quotations are valid for **14 days** from the date of issue.
– A confirmed Purchase Order (PO) or written agreement is required to initiate production or shipment.
– Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product and will be specified in the quotation.

4. Payment Tearm:

– Standard terms: **30–50% advance payment** upon order confirmation; balance before shipment.

– Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), or as mutually agreed.

-All bank charges outside India are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping & Logistics:

We facilitate the export of goods to international destinations.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in their respective countries.
SGS AGRO IMPEX is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

– SGS AGRO IMPEX ships worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight.
– Incoterms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.).
– Estimated lead times: **10–21 business days** from order confirmation, depending on product and destination.
– SGS AGRO IMPEX is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.
